Strawberries have continuously been my preferred. This pie makes me think about the times my grandma should take us to the big strawberry fields close to her house.  i'm positive we'd eat simply as many strawberries as we put in the basket.

One time my cousin Stacy became with us for strawberry choosing and we noticed a snake in the field. We screamed and ran like heck.

INGREDIENTS
For The Crust:
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cold butter, cut into cubes
 For The Pie:
  • 20 oz sprite (2 1/2 cups)
  • 32 oz strawberries, washed and tops removed
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 oz strawberry jello
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • Whipped topping or whipped cream for garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. blend flour, sugar, salt and butter together until crumbly.
  3. Press into a sheet pan and prick throughout with a fork.
  4. Bake 22-25 mins or till mild brown.
  5. take away from oven and cool.
  6. upload a jello, sugar, cornstarch, salt and Sprite to a saucepan over medium warmth.
  7. bring to a boil and whisk till stir thickened.
  8. get rid of from warmness and cool to room temperature.
  9. Slice strawberries.
  10. arrange over crust.
  11. Pour filling over strawberries Refrigerate 2 hours or till set.
  12. Garnish with whipped topping.
